Ingredients for 2:
6 small potatoes
1 chunk of butter
salt and pepper to taste

Method:
Small potatoes are cooked in their jackets, peeled and cut in half length-wise. They are then pan-fried in butter until golden brown and crisp. It takes about 10 minutes.
