Tip of the Week

Fasching is famous for its "Krapfen" - a variation of a doughnut. Perhaps I should say `infamous`, as it is the custom to serve ‘regular' Krapfen with sweet fillings, such as plums or apples – and ‘goofy' ones filled with mustard! These are usually part of Fasching parties thrown by adults, schoolteachers and kids.
