German Fruit Salad
Ingredients: 24 ounces small curd Cottage cheese, 8 oz. carton of Cool Whip, 6 oz. package of orange Jell-O, 13 ½ oz. can crushed pineapple drained, 11 ½ oz can mandarin oranges drained.
Directions:
Blend cottage cheese and Cool Whip. Add Jell-O powder, orange and pineapple.
Pour into shallow glass pan, about 8x12 inches. Chill 3 to 4 hours. Serves 10 people.
