Ensalada de papa alemana con Bacon
Ingredientes:
12 papas hervidas, 12 rodajas de panceta, 1 cebolla grande bien picada, 2 cucharadas de harina, 2 cucharaditas de sal,? cucharadita de pimienta, 6 cucharadas de azúcar.
Cómo llegar:
Cortar el tocino en trozos pequeños. Freír el tocino hasta que esté dorada. Vierta 1 / 2 de grasa. Agregue la cebolla y agregue la harina, sal, pimienta, azúcar, vinagre y agua. Cocine hasta que espese. Añadir a las patatas. Vuelva a calentar para servir.
