Bayrischer Wurstsalad (serves 4)
This is a staple in the south of Germany. An ideal dish for parties.
Ingredients:
1/2 pound bratwurst 2 dill pickles 1 onion 3 tablespoons white wine vinegar 1 tablespoon prepared mustard 2 tablespoons olive oil 1/2 teaspoon seasoned salt 1/4 teaspoon white pepper 1/4 teaspoon paprika 1/4 teaspoon sugar 1 tablespoon green onion, chopped 1 tablespoon parsley, chopped
Directions:
Slice bratwurst. Finely chop dill pickles and onion. In a large serving bowl combine together white wine vinegar, prepared mustard, and olive oil. Add seasoned salt, white pepper, paprika, and sugar. Add chopped green onions and stir in the bratwurst, pickles, and onions, toss until mixed. Garnish with chopped parsley.
