What kinds of healthy snacks should I buy?

Quark

Quark is a typical German white soft cheese, which is served for lunch with potatoes, on bread with honey for breakfast, or with fruit as a dessert. It ressembles yoghurt, but is less sour and not as solid. Get a container in a supermarket for a refreshing, healthy (and cheap) snack.
